We’re looking for an enthusiastic and responsible team leader to join the SHOT team. in this role, you’ll help lead and support the team on a daily basis, make sure every shift runs smoothly and maintain the high standards we stand for. you’ll work closely with the owners and take an active role in supporting the day-to-day operations of SHOT.

barista experience: confident behind the bar and familiar with specialty coffee and drink preparation.

leadership experience: proven experience leading, motivating and supporting a team.

passion for food, drinks & lifestyle: genuinely interested in the SHOT concept and everything surrounding it.
