As a Supply Chain Intern, you will have the chance to work on various aspects of the supply chain alongside completing your thesis project. Your responsibilities may include
- Conducting a relevant thesis project that meets your academic requirements.
- Managing inventory to support our growth and maintain control.
- Analyzing, evaluating, and deciding on transportation expenses to ensure efficiency and cost-consciousness while driving cost reductions.
- Organizing and coordinating multimodal transportation between our warehouse and production centers.
- Optimizing internal logistics processes, such as the order-picking process and warehouse layout.
- Acting as the main point of contact for our logistics partners.
- Proposing and implementing improvements to continually optimize our supply chain.
Your qualifications
- A graduating student at HBO or university level in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, modeling, dashboard building).
- Good command of English, both written and spoken. Fluency in Dutch is not required but is a plus.
- A proactive, collaborative, independent, and results-oriented mindset.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Interest in working with data and systems to perform effective analyses.
