As a Strategic Account Manager at Verve

Your role as a Strategic Account Manager involves building and nurturing strong client relationships, understanding their business needs, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will conduct strategic consultations to align branding solutions with client goals, collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful digital branding projects, and ensure client satisfaction and retention through meticulous tracking and reporting of account performance. By leveraging your expertise, you will drive results, contribute to the success of our clients, and solidify Verve’s position as a leader in the digital branding landscape.

Who are we looking for?

Key Responsibilities

  • Fully understand our clients’ needs and business objectives.
  • Drive and deliver flawless client service by maintaining exceptional relationships with key decision makers;
  • Effective and efficient (internal) communication to deliver quality and client happiness.
  • Research and pursue opportunities for client growth;
  • Resolve issues and problems that might occur, by being open, transparent and proactive to maintain trust;

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of digital/branding/marketing agency experience and a proven track record of Account Management experience;
  • A solid understanding of the overall dynamics of the branding industry and digital delivery process;
  • Understanding how strategy, design, technology and data are essential to deliver impactful and valuable digital products / experiences.
  • Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels;
  • Understanding of the commercial dynamics of a digital/branding agency;
  • Someone who is able to “connect-the-dots” across channels and touchpoints internally as externally;
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills;
  • Working proficiency of English;

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs;
  • Passion for (brand) design, marketing and brand strategy and staying updated with industry trends
