Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Passionate about fashion, music, and/or culture.
- Proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Prior sales experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering inquiries, and sharing information about our brand. Assist customers with purchases, ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience. Upsell through recommendations.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean and organized at all times.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management and restocking of products.
- Payment Processing: Process payments, including cash, debit/credit cards, and store credit.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
