About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales and Account Manager to drive Imagineear’s commercial growth by expanding our client base and maximising revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
This role blends new business development with strategic account management, offering an exciting opportunity to shape client relationships, contribute to revenue growth, and position Imagineear as a trusted partner in the cultural and leisure industries.The Sales and Account Manager will report directly to the Sales Director.
Location
This position is based in Imagineear’s Amsterdam office. We support hybrid working, but expect in-office presence at least 50% of the time.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
- Proactively identify, approach, and convert new business leads across relevant sectors.

- Research and qualify prospects, schedule meetings, and pitch solutions tailored to their needs.
- Lead the preparation of compelling commercial proposals and RFP responses, including pricing and delivery strategies.
- Attend and represent Imagineear at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to generate leads and grow brand awareness.
Account Management & Client Success
- Manage and grow key client accounts, building trusted, long-term relationships.
- Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews with clients to understand goals and uncover upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Act as a central point of contact, liaising with internal teams (project delivery, content, tech ops, marketing, and finance) to ensure client needs are met.
- Monitor contract milestones, account health, and satisfaction metrics; ensure retention and renewal.
- Handle escalations and client concerns swiftly, professionally, and with a problem-solving mindset.
Operational & Strategic Support
- Keep the CRM system (Pipedrive) updated, including follow-ups and alerts (e.g., contract renewal dates).
- Collaborate with the wider sales and management teams to refine offerings and identify emerging market needs.
- Contribute to internal planning and sales forecasting.
- Support marketing efforts with client insights, case study materials, and testimonials.
Candidate Profile
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Fluent in English and Dutch; other European languages are a plus.
- Excellent research and organisational abilities with a hands-on, can-do approach.
- Strong CRM fluency and digital communication tools.
