Studio Beng Beng is seeking a driven and experienced Medior/Senior Project Manager to lead diverse projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Client management and effective communication are crucial to ensuring successful project outcomes and fostering long-term client relationships.
What you will do
- Lead projects from scoping and planning through execution and delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, timelines, and progress reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while addressing risks and issues.
- Manage project resources, including internal teams, external vendors, and contractors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle, proactively identifying and resolving risks and issues.
- Ensure all client communications are clear, professional, and reflect high standards of customer service.
