This is what you’ll be doing
- Bringing Ideas to Life: We’re looking for someone who thinks big and isn’t afraid to share their thoughts. You’ll work with the team to turn those ideas into tangible things that people can see, hear, and feel.
- Hustling & Hard Working: You’re the kind of person who doesn’t wait for things to come to you. You go out and grab them! We’re looking for someone who doesn’t shy away from getting their hands dirty and wants to make things happen.
- Fixing Things (Like a Pro): A problem-solver to the core, you’ll be the one who finds creative solutions when things don’t go according to plan. We know things don’t always run smoothly, instead of stressing out you try to stay calm and thrive on finding a way to make it work.
- A Love for Variety: No two days are the same, and we love it that way! One day, you’ll be managing a video shoot; the next, you’ll be organizing a brand activation in the city or finding the best suppliers for cool new merchandise. We’re looking for someone energized by working on a diverse range of projects.
What you bring
- Creative Mindset: You are a conceptual thinker with the ability to take an idea and bring it to life. We’re looking for someone who’s constantly thinking outside the box (or better yet, throwing the box out altogether).
- Work Ethic: You’re a hustler. Deadlines don’t scare you. You get things done, and you get them done well. If there’s a will, there’s a way – and you’re all about finding that way. You’re adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable when things don’t go exactly as planned
- Team Player: While you’re out there hustling, you love working with a diverse and passionate team.
- Organized: You know how to stay on top of multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and keep everything running smoothly while staying calm and controlled.
- Positive Vibes: A little humour and a positive energy can go a long way.
- Driver’s License: You’ve got a valid driver’s license and are ready to hit the road when needed.
- Fluent in English (bonus points if you can speak Dutch).
