As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Head Chef / Sous Chef who shares our passion for food and hospitality, leading a strong team, and creating a positive working environment.
We’re looking for an experienced Head Chef / Sous Chef who can lead, inspire, and develop our kitchen team while helping shape the future of the restaurant.
What you’ll do
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team.
- Develop seasonal menus and daily specials.
- Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, stock control, and food costs.
- Train and develop team members.
- Ensure HACCP and food safety standards are met.
- Contribute ideas that drive both guest experience and commercial performance.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role within a professional kitchen.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Hands-on mentality and natural leadership qualities.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of kitchen profitability.
- Passion for quality ingredients, hospitality, and team development.
