We’re looking for a results-driven Growth Marketer to help scale our ecommerce business to the next level. You’ll take the lead in developing and executing data-driven growth strategies across performance marketing, SEO, CRO, email automation, and more.
You will be responsible for developing a cross-channel performance marketing strategy with a varied media mix. You’ll have the freedom to explore and test new high-impact growth opportunities and translate insights into action.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and manage paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.)
- Develop and optimize SEO strategies to drive long-term organic growth
- Create and execute weekly sales pushes to drive demand and hit targets
- Optimize conversion funnels and landing pages (CRO, A/B testing)
- Analyse data to uncover insights and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with design, product and content teams
- Identify and test new growth channels
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in growth/ecommerce marketing
- Strong analytical and performance mindset
- Hands-on with tools like GA4, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, Google Tag Manager, Shopify
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimisation is a plus
- Self-starter: you take initiative and drive measurable results
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
