Experienced Social Video Camera/Editor
Truus is looking for an Experienced Social Video Camera/Editor to join our team.
Social Video Camera/Editors are part of our video team, and work on the TikToks, Reels and IG/FB videos we make for Netflix, HEMA, KFC, etc. as well as larger internal productions that range from TVCs to marketing junkets to content suites. You’ve probably seen some of the virals we’ve made.
Your focus will be shooting, editing and (co-)directing. You’ll be all over the place in a good way. Sometimes you’ll shoot and edit your own videos; sometimes you’ll just shoot, sometimes you’ll just edit. On the shoot days you’ll be supported by producers, other creatives and whatever else you need to capture some magic, but you should be able to get pretty far on your own.
If that sounds like a dream job, it kinda is! But please do note that we work with some of the coolest brands in the world. The pressure will be high and we do expect you to have a golden eye. If you give us your best, we’ll make sure you have all the freedom and perks you need to stay healthy and happy.
- This is a full time job.
- 40 hours, but we are flexible

Who you are
Your age, gender, sexuality, background, etc don’t really matter. We also don’t really care what you studied. Either you got it or you don’t. However, we do require…
- that you have real notable experience with making successful social videos that people watch, share and like. This is not a junior position.
- you have a natural eye for social media and the trends of 2025 video production, that includes shooting vertical content on iPhones and working with (ethical) AI to give your work a little extra pop
- you’ve handled professional video cameras like a pro—brand doesn’t matter, as long as you can talk ISO, aperture, and codecs without Googling.
- you’ve completed the Adobe Premiere final boss level. Bonus points if you can make some magic happen in After Effects.
- that you are fluent in Dutch and English
- that you are nice and kind and chill.
